Most bakeries in Ireland rely on wooden bread trays for all their product deliveries. However, these traditional trays presented numerous challenges. They proved unsustainable in the long term, typically requiring replacement after just a few months of use. The trays performed poorly in adverse weather conditions and lacked durability.
