Key Plastics has opened a brand new state-of-the-art plastics assembly facility in order to support and further deliver a top service for our valued customers.

At Key Plastics we utilise the latest in injection moulding technology, materials handling and automation to provide top quality precision plastic parts to a range of industries. The new purpose built Plastics Assembly Facility is a further step in ensuring top levels of production efficiency to meet and exceed our customers exacting needs and specifications.

Operating to AS9100 and ISO9100 Quality Standards, Key Plastics has over 30 years experience in processing a range of polymers. Quality is crucial to everything we do at Key Plastics from design through to mould-making and injection moulding. Efficient and accurate assembly of plastic components is crucial and Key Plastics is delighted through the new assembly facility to be able to continue to deliver this service.

Speaking about the new addition to the premises Managing Director Eamonn Downes said “This new plastics assembly facility allows our assembly technicians to operate in a climate controlled modern comfortable environment while our customers realise consistent quality.
